Duane Pitts
Manager
I enjoy all types of hunting, fishing, target shooting, camping, dog training, sports, spending time with the family, and hiking. I have 14 years of NILO hunting guide experience and am a NSCA level 1 instructor. I have been a part of NILO for what seems to be my entire life. I have been able to go from living on the farm when I was a kid and exploring every field, woods and creek bottom to now raising my own kids on the farm. My goal for NILO is to keep it a place Mr. John Olin would approve of. I want to remain continually devoted to conservation and the preservation of habitat not only for my generation but also for future generations. Hunting at NILO would not be the same without having world class hunting companions ... the DOGS! I have been married to my amazing wife Tracy since 2007 and we are blessed with 3 wonderful boys

Supervisor
My hobbies include fishing, hunting, shooting, spending time with grandchildren, farming, and bowling. I grew up being in the outdoors, farming, working on machinery and raising animals with my dad. I have carried over what I learned from my dad growing up into my job at NILO; to be hands on fixing tractors, equipment and training dogs as well as working in the fields. I have been a NILO employee for almost 30 years, with over 30 years of dog training experience. I am a NSCA Level 2 certified instructor and am involved in competitive shooting; including shotguns, rifle and pistol competitions. My wife Charlyn and I have been married for 42 years. We have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

My hobbies include archery deer hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, sports, and working out. I am very passionate about my family and training dogs. My goals for this job are to produce the best dogs I can and to leave every guest with a desire to return to NILO. NILO is the place for me because it is a job I am passionate about and enjoy immensely. I am married to a beautiful, intelligent, successful wife and have the best boy and girl any father could ask for.

Dog Trainer
For as long as I can remember the outdoors have been a part of my life. I grew up hunting and fishing with my dad. As soon as I learned how to walk I was carrying around my bow. In my spare time I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, family time, and sports. I have been working at NILO since 2010. I have always had a tremendous respect and appreciation for nature and an overwhelming passion and love for the outdoors. Working at NILO has given me the opportunity to focus that passion into becoming the best dog trainer and conservationist I can be. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennie since 2008, and we are blessed with an amazing daughter named Julie and another baby on the way.

My parents instilled in me a passion for the outdoors at an early age My hobbies include game call making, fishing, hunting, training dogs, riding my Harley, camping, boating, spending time with family and friends, golfing, and getting our younger generation involved in the outdoors. My sister and I were sitting in pumpkin seats in the boat as babies while our parents where crappie fishing and camping. I shot my first duck when I was 5 years old and have been a devoted waterfowl hunter ever since. My dad trained dogs and ran dog trials when I was a kid, which has led me to working my dream job of training dogs at NILO. I have two kids, Shelby and Zach. I am married to my lovely wife Dawn.
